The Instawraps team has a few shipping centers located throughout North America and can fulfill orders from any of them. Instawraps’ fulfillment decisions are based on a number of factors, including the shipping address provided and available stock levels.
Instawraps is based in Canada, however, the Instawraps team is proud to say that world-wide shipping options are available. Instawraps offers standard and express shipping options for North American customers.
U.S. customers should note the following: Orders shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx International First, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air services will be shipped from inside the U.S. and customers WILL NOT be charged any taxes for international shipping. Because the Instawraps fulfillment team has created this unique solution to prevent customers from incurring any extra charges for international shipping, and to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Although the Instawraps fulfillment team does their absolute best to fulfill all orders on the same day they are received, orders after 11:00 AM EST may be shipped the next business day.
For customer convenience, Instawraps also offers Express shipping options at checkout. Express orders received before 11:00 AM EST will, typically, be shipped the same day.
Shipments Pickup Time
Please note, shipments are scheduled for pickup at the end of each business day. Pickup times may vary slightly depending on logistics and carrier availability, but our standard practice is to have all shipments ready for pickup by the end of the business day.
Our team ensures that all orders that due for a shipment on the same day are properly prepared, packaged, and labeled for shipment pickup. We maintain high standards of quality control to guarantee that orders are ready for pickup at the designated time.
Handling Times Notice
Handling times should not be confused with shipping date estimates. Handling time is the time an order is received to the moment it is handed over to the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Non-Express shipping method handling times may take up to 3 business days for fulfillment and shipment.
Express Shipments Handling Times
The cut-off time for express shipping methods is 11AM EST.
Orders placed on business days before 11AM EST with Express Shipping selected at checkout will typically be shipped same day. Although the Instawraps fulfillment team will always do their best to fulfill all orders on the same day they are received, orders placed after the cut-off time may be fulfilled on the next business day.

Order Address Change
To ensure smooth processing and delivery, it is imperative for customers to provide accurate delivery information at the time of placing an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to accurately enter the delivery address during the checkout process. Customers are advised to double-check and verify the correctness of the delivery address before confirming their order.
Once an order is placed, our system automatically processes the provided delivery address for fulfillment. We do not have the capability to alter or change the delivery address once the order has been processed.
Instawraps holds no liability for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Customers may be required to place a new order with the correct delivery address and bear any associated costs.
Please note that if Letter Post Shipping Service was selected at checkout for our free shipping samples, that service is a regular letter mail service that does not include tracking.
Order Acceptance Policy
For all Canadian deliveries, we require a signature upon receipt of the order to ensure that your package is securely received. If you prefer not to provide a signature, please leave a note in the “Order Notes” section at checkout, and we will proceed with your delivery according to your instructions. By choosing to waive the signature requirement, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the security of your package upon delivery.
Packaging Includes Staples
Please note, in advance to send out your item in the most secure way, we use boxes and tubes that are sealed completely. For the boxes, we use high-tack tape, and for the tubes we use heavy duty industrial staples to seal the caps on the edges. The staples should be removed completely before taking the product/s out of the tube, as it might scratch and damage the external layer of the material if the staples aren't removed.
We won't be responsible for any damage caused by removing the item before removing all staples.
Please not, shipping vinyl wrap is a complex process that requires meticulous attention to detail. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that each order is carefully packaged and securely sealed to our strict standards. However, despite our best efforts, it is not uncommon for the edges of the film to incur minor scratches and imperfections during transportation.
It's worth noting that since the edges of the film are utilized for stretching, imperfections within 1 inch from each edge are not deemed defects.
P.O. Box Addresses
For shipments to a P.O. box, a local shipping company must be selected by the customer at checkout. Only USPS (United States and Territories) and Canada Post (Canada) will deliver to P.O. box addresses—all other carriers will return the package to the Instawraps shipping department.

The Instawraps fulfillment team will not ship orders valued over $50 CAD to a P.O. box address. Any P.O. box orders are to be shipped at the customer’s own risk. Instawraps will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise unreceived packages shipped to B.O. box addresses.
Instawraps will not take any responsibility for P.O. box shipments when checkout is completed with any carriers other than Canada Post for Canada and USPS for the U.S.A., Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the United States Virgin Islands.
Shipping time estimates at checkout are provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed by Instawraps. The carrier will provide an estimate according to the customer’s shipping location at the time the order is placed. Unforeseen circumstances, like inclement weather, may cause delays affecting the delivery date. Please be patient as the Instawraps fulfillment team is always doing their very best to get orders fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Non-Business Days for Deliveries and Order Fulfillment
At Instawraps, we prioritize transparency and efficiency in our operations. To set accurate delivery expectations, we exclude non-business days from our delivery and fulfillment timelines. Orders made on non-business days are processed on the next business day. Our website features a holiday chart listing our recognized holidays, which are considered non-business days. We encourage customers to consult this chart when planning orders for realistic delivery estimations.
In some cases, Instawraps reserves the right to use a different carrier, other than the one selected upon checkout, as long the service level is the same and the last estimated delivery date is no later than specified while checking out, on top of handling times, if applicable.
Please note, when an order is shipped in more than one package, the packages may be delivered on different days due to the carrier logistics and structure.
All Instawraps shipments will be tracked. Instawraps is not a shipping company, while Instawraps uses the most world’s most trusted shipping carriers for local and international shipments, Instawraps will take full responsibility for shipments that are lost in transit. Customers please note, once tracking shows delivered, Instawraps will not be able to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to protect their property.
The Instawraps team is happy to offer free shipping, worldwide, for sample pieces while using a non-trackable letter post service.
Customers should never, under any circumstances, refuse a package ordered from Instawraps. The process of having a package returned to the Instawraps warehouse, is likely to be unsuccessful due to couriers’ structure, which is out of Instawraps’ control.
Instawraps will not be able to apply changes to orders marked fulfilled.
Instawraps ships all products in secure packaging. The Instawraps fulfillment team repackages most products to reduce customer shipping costs and to protect items from shifting due to oversized packaging.
In the event that a shipment has not arrived on time, and the tracking information shows that it has been shipped, please allow up to 10 business days before calling to claim a lost package. The Instawraps fulfillment team does their absolute best to ensure customers receive their orders as soon as possible. The entire Instawraps team thanks customers for their patience as carriers do, occasionally, experience shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers may try to contact the carriers directly for more detail on the shipping status of their package.
Same Day Local Delivery Policy
Same-day local delivery option is only available for customers who are located in Ontario, Canada.
Orders placed between 10 AM and 3 PM EST will be dispatched within 1 hour, ensuring prompt delivery and minimal delays.
Orders placed outside this time window will be dispatched the next business day within 1 operational hour of our service resuming (after 10 AM EST).
This policy is designed to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and reach our customers as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders paid via e-transfer will be dispatched within one hour of full payment being received.
In some cases, certain items like custom prints, decals etc.. might not be eligible for same-day fulfillment. If this occurs, you will always be notified by email regarding the status of your items/order. This email will inform you when your items are fulfilled and on their way.
Please note, you will receive notifications regarding the progress of your delivery once it is on its way. In some cases, you will also be able to track the delivery. This allows you to stay updated on the estimated arrival time of your order. All same-day delivery orders are expected to be delivered before 5 PM EST.
To ensure the safety of your products during delivery, Instawraps will securely bag or box all orders. We take great care in packaging to protect your items during transit.
Upon delivery, please be prepared to undergo a verification process. You will need to present a valid photo ID or a screenshot of the confirmation email for the consent waiver required for the signature and verification process. This step is crucial to ensure that your order is delivered to the correct recipient securely.
If you wish to authorize someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf, please email support@instawraps.ca with their identification details.
It is the customer’s responsibility to accept the order and maintain communication with the driver upon delivery. Please be aware that if a customer is unable to accept delivery, additional charges may apply.

Curbside Pickup
The cut-off time for same day pickup orders is 11am EST. Typically, pickup orders placed before 11am EST will be fulfilled and ready for pickup by the end of the day.
Should an order be placed after 11 a.m. EST and necessitate same-day collection, customers have the option to pay an additional fee of $25 for same-day pickup during the checkout process.
Pickup items placed after 11am EST will more likely be ready by the next business day.
Customers have the option to return pickup orders (only eligible for return items), subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Pickup orders can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item(s) are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. All returns for pickup orders will incur a restocking fee of 20%. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount and is non-negotiable.
Please note, pickup orders must be picked up by the customer within 14 calendar days.
Please note, Instawraps has implemented an adjusted return policy for orders that remain unpicked for a period of two weeks. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns of unpicked orders. This fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Customers have until the order fulfillment date to cancel their order without incurring a restocking fee. Once an order is fulfilled, it becomes subject to the return policy.
In some cases, items like custom prints, decals, etc. may not be ready for same day pickup. Customers will always be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup.
The “Curbside Pickup” option is ONLY available at the Instawraps Vaughan - Ontario location. Customers can choose the “Curbside Pickup” option at checkout. Once the order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to the email account on file stating the order is ready for pickup.
Expedited Pickup Option
Instawraps is pleased to introduce an expedited pickup option for our customers. With this option, customers are guaranteed to be able to pick up their orders by 3:30 PM on business days.
An expedited pickup fee of $25 will be applied to orders selecting this option during checkout. By choosing the expedited pickup option and paying the associated fee, customers can be confident that their orders will be ready for pickup by 3:30 PM on business days.
Expedited pickup offers customers added flexibility and convenience by allowing them to plan their schedules accordingly. Please note, that policy is for items that have no production timeline only.
Please note, the order confirmation email should not be confused with the ready for pickup email, which states that the order now is fulfilled and ready to be picked up.
Please send us a WhatsApp message to 437-324-7460 upon arrival with your order number (starting with "E1..."). Please DO NOT knock on the door or ring the bell, simply send a message through WhatsApp. Once the pickup department receives this message, they will send a confirmation email to the email account on file. Customers must respond “CONFIRMED" and the order will then be released at the front door.
For customers that do not have WhatsApp downloaded, please call 1-866-258-6908 or 416-620-9545 upon arrival to have the confirmation email sent out as mentioned above.
Please note, the pickup process could take up to 15 minutes, depending on the time during the day, and curbside traffic.
Please note, the pickup confirmation process has been put in place by the Instawraps management team to prevent fraud and ensure that Instawraps’ customers receive their products safely and promptly.
Customers can send someone to pickup their order. The order will only be released after a written confirmation is received on our end.
To keep the pickup process quick and seamless for customers, Instawraps does not bag or box vinyl orders. If necessary, customers must request their item to be bagged upon checkout, in the notes section.

Delivery Method Change Policy
Curbside Pickup to Same-Day Pickup Upgrade
Now Instawraps customers have a possibility to upgrade their delivery option from the curbside pickup to same-day pickup service.
To upgrade to Same Day Pickup, open your order confirmation email, click on "Upgrade to Same Day Pickup," and follow the instructions provided on the webpage.
To ensure timely fulfillment, please complete your checkout by 3:00 PM EST. This will allow us adequate time to prepare your order for same-day pickup.
Orders can be collected during our standard pickup hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Please be aware that all standard pickup policies will apply to this upgrade, including those related to cancellations and returns. This means that any rules or conditions that normally govern our pickup services, such as time frames for cancellations, procedures for returning items, and any associated fees, will remain in effect. If you decide to cancel or return your order after upgrading, you will need to follow the same guidelines as you would for any standard pickup. It's important to review these policies carefully to ensure you understand your options and obligations.
Curbside Pickup to Shipping Service Upgrade
Now Instawraps customers have the option to upgrade curbside pickup order to a specific shipping service.
To upgrade to a Shipping Service, open your order confirmation email and click on "Upgrade to a Shipping Option", and follow the instructions provided on the webpage.
Please include your initial order ID in the note section prior of placing your order.
When you choose to upgrade, your initial order will be reprocessed as though it was a new purchase. This ensures that your order will be fulfilled and shipped according to our standard procedures, maintaining the same level of care and attention. It's important to understand that this upgrade does not alter our existing shipping policies. All standard and express shipping policies will still apply, including those that govern cancellations and returns. This means that if you need to make any changes or wish to return your order, you will still be subject to the same terms and conditions as with any other order.
International Shipments
International Commercial Invoice Policy
If an international customer would like to add their VAT or tax ID for customs purposes, please enter the VAT or tax ID following the company name. Instawraps will add that ID to the commercial invoice. Without exception, this ID needs to be added each time the customer makes an order.
To comply with international customs regulations and streamline the shipping process, customers who wish the VAT or tax ID to be included on the commercial invoice are advised to specify this requirement in the order notes.
Instawraps cannot make any changes to the commercial invoice’s customer information. Please ensure the correct information is entered at checkout.
Instawraps does not charge international buyers any tax, but it is the customer's responsibility to find out about their country’s customs regulations and fees (if applicable). The customer is responsible to pay any additional fees incurred.
If the customer refuses to pay any of the additional fees (if applicable), mentioned above, the carrier service may then return the package to the Instawraps shipping department, and the customer will then be responsible to pay for the return label + additional carrier fees + a restocking fee.
If clearance is applicable, some carriers may charge the customer a fee for the clearance service, handling etc. Normally, EXPRESS shipments are exempt from clearance fees.
