Do non-business days count for order processing and delivery?

No, non-business days are excluded from order processing and delivery timelines. Orders placed on non-business days are processed on the next business day, ensuring accurate delivery estimations.

Staples are used along with high-tack tape to ensure complete sealing of boxes and tubes, enhancing the security of items during shipping. If I haven`t used my account for an extended period time, will it get deactivated?

No, Instawraps will not deactivate customer accounts left idle.

Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?

We have a program which allows you to request a notification when an item is back in stock. In the product page, you will see a "notify me" button next to "add to cart". Click on it, and it will ask if you prefer to get notified through email, SMS, or both; and once you confirm, you will get a notification as soon as the item is back in stock.

The product is showing out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

When a product is unavailable, it most likely means that it is in the production process. We will update our inventory as soon as we have it back in stock.

How many feet of material would I need to wrap my car?

Great question. Please use our special Size Chart to match the amount of material needed.

Can you print a custom design?

Yes! Do you offer car wrapping services?

Currently, we do not offer any services in-house. What we do offer is a linking program where we can link you with one of our major wrap shop customers that will be able to perform the installation for you.

Can I walk in and check colors myself?

At this time, we do not have a showroom to shop for colors in store. We are working on that, along with other exciting options. At the moment, the way to see samples would be to purchase them on our website, and to either pick them up (only an option for those residing in Ontario), or to have us ship them to you.

Do you carry 3M 1080 and 2080 vinyl?

Yes, we do carry both 1080 and 2080. 3M started launching 2080 mid-2019, and at the moment (June 2022), they are still converting some colors. Whatever is still 1080-we have it. Whatever has already been converted to 2080; we either have sold out of the 1080 and carry only 2080, or we have some 1080 and some 2080, depending on whether we still have 1080 in stock, or on whether it was converted very recently. There are many colors that we only have 2080, in addition to the 6 new 2080 colors 3M launched when they started the 2080 conversion.

Does the grain of the textured vinyl run on the length or the width?

Please note that all grain vinyl wraps are produced horizontally (lengthwise). Meaning the largest pieces that can be applied vertically will be the width of the wrap (4 or 5 feet). When purchasing smaller pieces (1 or 2 feet) of this grain vinyl, customers will receive the grain running on the shorter end.

Do all films have branded backing papers?

Yes, but please note the following products come from the manufacturer without any branding or logo: Avery Chrome series and 3M/Avery PPF.

There is a 3M print logo on 3M tint film products. Can this be removed?

Yes, there may be a printed 3M logo on 3M tint film products, this can easily be removed after installation, with a cloth and warm water.

Can I express ship the 3M Primer 94 cans and pens?

Because of the ingredients in the 3M Primer 94 cans and pens, Instawraps cannot ship these products with express shipping due to regulations on packages shipped via planes.

Will I get the wrap in one piece?

There are times during the manufacturing process that a roll needs to be connected to another roll to complete printing. The manufacturer may use tape to connect one edge of a roll to another edge, creating a seam. This happens once every 200-300 rolls. Please note, these seams are not made by Instawraps. The Instawraps fulfillment team would never use tape to connect two pieces of vinyl together.Please note that even if an order is sent in a few pieces, the standard minimum size per piece will typically be 10 feet. The Instawraps fulfillment team understands that there are projects where the full amount is needed in one piece, the customer should kindly include a note at checkout specifying that the order is required in one piece. Instawraps would like to avoid canceling orders, understanding every project has its own deadline and urgency, therefore, to complete an order, the Instawraps fulfillment team will send pieces as small as 5ft., if necessary.The Instawraps Support team will make every effort to contact customers regarding their order fulfillment if a situation, similar to the ones noted above, arises. The support team will call or e-mail the customer for approval of these changes. If the Instawraps Support team does not receive a response via e-mail within 24 hours, the order will either be completed as stated above or cancelled.

How do camo samples display wrap design?

Camo samples showcase the intricate patterns shapes, colors, and finishes of our camouflage designs, providing customers with a visual representation of our products. Camo samples not convey the size or scale of the shapes due to their size constraints. Customers should refer to additional resources provided for assistance in visualizing the patterns.

What should I do if I notice film haze on my vinyl upon receipt?

Film haze, often mistaken for a defect, can occur during shipping and storage as a result of environmental factors such as temperature changes and humidity, and can be easily removed during installation using a heat gun. Customers are advised to inspect their vinyl upon receipt and apply heat to affected areas during installation to restore clarity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Canadian customers can also pay via E-transfer, and U.S. customers via Zelle. Additionally, we offer a partial payment plan through Sezzle, which lets you split your purchase into four equal, interest-free payments. The first payment is due at checkout, with the remaining payments automatically deducted every two weeks.

Can I pay via Interac e-transfer?

Instawraps now offers Canadian customers the ability to pay via Interac e-transfer.

U.S. customers can pay via Zelle.Because it may take up to ~30 minutes for Zelle or e-transfer payments to be processed, customers must send their payment right before pressing the “Complete order” button on the checkout page. Orders not paid, in full, within 30 minutes of completing the order will be cancelled.

Does Instawraps offer a partial payment option?

What should I do if the payment has failed or is not going through?

It is most likely because part of the information you have provided does not match with the information registered to your card. Please check to make sure the billing address you have used on your account is the same billing address registered to your card. Another possibility is that your card has either expired, or you have accidentally entered the numbers incorrectly. Please look over all the details before trying again.

Can I save more than one card to my account?

Instawraps does not store or save your credit card information. Therefore, you don`t have an option to save any of your credit card information to your account. You can still use your preferred browser to save your credit card information to the browser itself, and to link it to our payment page.

Do I have to pay tax?

We are a Canadian based company, so we charge tax to Canadian customers only. This means that if your order is being shipped to an address in Canada, you will pay the proper tax for the province to which your order is being shipped. If your order is being shipped to an address outside of Canada, you will not be charged any tax. Please note that you are responsible to verify your country`s customs laws and regulations to find out if you will be charged any tax from your country. How do I apply my wrap points to my purchase?

To redeem points, customers can log into their account on our website and access the rewards panel. Alternatively, they can access the "My Rewards" tab through the menu in our mobile app. From there, they should navigate to the "Ways to redeem" section.Customers can select the desired number of points to spend and then click "Redeem." Upon clicking "Redeem," customers will receive a coupon code which they can apply to their checkout by clicking "Apply code."
