3M™ Paint Protection Film is a clear polyurethane film that is designed to help protect automotive paint and other vulnerable surfaces from stone chips, scratches, bug damage, road tar stains, automotive fluid stains, and outdoor weathering.

3M Scotchgard Pro Series 4.0 Paint Protection Film, is the newest and best clear-coat film on the market!

3M™ Scotchgard™ Paint Protection Film Pro Series helps preserve the quality of your vehicle’s finish, keeps your vehicle looking newer longer and can enhance the resale value.

This film is specially designed to preserve the beauty and integrity of exterior automotive finishes. It is ideal for protecting surfaces in high-wear areas from stone chipping, abrasion, and most types of environmental damage. Best of all, it is virtually invisible.

It is clear coated to help make it resistant to yellowing and staining. Once applied, according to application instructions, no special care is required.

Typical application areas to include vehicle hood, fender end cap, rocker panel, side mirror, pillars, cab extension edge, box/bed, leading box edge, leading edge of rear box, and lower rear box/fascia. Just cut your pattern and apply to painted surfaces that are fully cured according to the paint manufacturer.

Beginner

Vivid Forged carbon (Ghost metal)

First time using Vivid, quite happy with the results. Good comfortability, didn't have any heat issues or burn through. Is thinner than 3M or Avery but more than manageable. Will buy again for sure.
